⚠ Before you click: this is a functional prototype, not a final design
These screens are interactive and deliberately show only function and structure, no polished visual design – that's on purpose, to keep the discussion on requirements and functional logic for now. The actual design will be layered on top later, based on the existing Tchibo design systems. Please give feedback on function and process logic, not look & feel.
The screens are plain HTML files – just open them in your browser (double-click). The sidebar on the left navigates between areas.
What you can do on the Potentials Heatmap
- Filter Bar (top): narrow down by Category or Product Group
- Select cells (click or drag) to see Potential details in the drawer on the right
- Accept a live potential, or Correct it with a reason; Reset to Live removes a saved value again
- Select cells and "Create Bundle" to cluster potentials across product groups/weeks
- Click a bundle bar to preview it; Edit/Remove from there
- Control Bar (bottom): switch metric (Revenue/Volume/VC), toggle Channels breakdown, filter Bundles by status/type, zoom level
- Unbundled toggle shows only what's not yet allocated to a bundle
- Hold Space and drag to pan the visible area (like Figma/Miro)
